Edie Nehls Yoga

Edie offers trauma-informed, strengths based Yoga classes in the East Bay of San Francisco and online. She has completed 565-hours of Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Programs, and loves sharing both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes with her fellow Yogi’s in group and private sessions.

In addition to guiding classes in a traditional Yoga studio setting, she has been fortunate to share her love of Yoga with Veterans through a partnership with the VA, and Seniors living at a Memory Care Home. She has also created curriculum and taught as part of the Lakshmi Rising 200-hour YTT. She brings the same attention to her private sessions as she does group classes, offering modifications and creating a nurturing environment where Yogi’s can find solace, calm, and ease. She believes that each person is their own best teacher and encourages students to listen to the intelligence of their body as they move through and deepen their practice.
