Finding stillness and vibrancy in the mind, body, and spirit is what I love about practicing Yoga and Nia. I am honored to share my love of these practices with students virtually throughout the months of September and October. Classes are gratis.
Class times are Pacific Standard Time.
Sunday Mornings: 9 – 10 AM
Nia for All Abilities
9/13, 20 & 27, 10/4, 11, 18 & 25
All you will need is space to move freely in your home or outside. Nia is a mind, body, spirit dance class – it is energizing, freeing and fun!
Thursday Evenings: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Flow to Yin Yoga
9/10, 17 & 24, 10/1, 8, 15, 22 & 29
We will begin this class with a gentle Vinyasa Flow and then ease into Yin postures. Yin is a practice of releasing the deeper tissues in the body, the fascia, we hold postures for longer periods of time and use props to support our bodies. Please have small cushions, a folded towel, a blanket, a strap or long belt and a pillow.
