The Luna Lodge is a 5-Leaf eco-lodge situated on the southernmost tip of the Osa Peninsula and is adjacent to the Corcovado National Park, it is listed as one of the most ecologically diverse rain forests on the planet. Lodge owner/operator Lana, and her team, are committed to preserving the splendor of the rain forest. Look deeply into the beauty of nature to learn more about yourself. This fully inclusive retreat will leave you feeling cared for, rejuvenated and revitalized. Additional excursions, an extra spa treatment or a glass of wine with dinner is your cost and any other miscellaneous expenses are your cost. Delve deeper into your Yoga and Pilates practice with classes specifically created to open, stretch, strengthen, restore and find peace within each posture by connecting to breath. As with all of our classes, we provide a nurturing environment which guides each individual to move in their body’s way, allowing each participant to connect more fully with their inner wisdom. This retreat is appropriate for all levels of Yoga and Pilates students. Being in this remote area of Costa Rica, on the southern most tip of the Osa Peninsula, allows retreat participants to become fully aware of their bodies natural time and rhythm. Feel as if you are being welcomed home as you experience the awe-inspiring beauty of pristine primary and secondary rain forest.

Included in this cost:

  • One-night stay on Saturday, April 6th in San Jose, Costa Rica (breakfast included on the 7th)
  • 6-nights at the Luna Lodge – April 7th – 13th
  • 3 gourmet meals a day at the Luna Lodge
  • One-hour long massage
  • Guided Corcovado National Park Tour (5-6 hour excursion)
  • All Yoga & Pilates classes
  • Internal flights (within Costa Rica) and hotel transfers to/from the Luna Lodge


Retreat attendees are responsible for their international flights from to San Jose, Costa Rica. Most participants will arrive in Costa Rica on Saturday, April 6th. You can also take a red eye flight to San Jose, Costa Rica arriving before 8 AM on the morning of the 7th, the taxi will pick you up and bring you directly to Tobias Regional Airport for the flight to the Luna Lodge. Please plan your travel in and out of Juan Santamaria International Airport San Jose (SJO).

Please book your return flight on the Saturday, April 13th after 1 PM. The Luna Lodge cannot guarantee getting our return to San Jose, Costa Rica any earlier than Noon.

From San Jose, Costa Rica:  The Luna Lodge will be arranging our domestic flight and transportation from San Jose to the Peninsula de Osa. We will be flying on a private chartered plane. It is important to adhere to the baggage notes. Please travel light.


We will be traveling on a small domestic plane, travelers are limited to a total baggage weight of no more than 25 lbs.


You need a valid passport, but also have a valid drivers’ license to have two forms of ID. You do not need a visa, except for what you will receive when you arrive.

Participants are responsible for additional spa treatments, additional excursions, gratuities, additional night stays, meals on the 6th of April, beverages from the bar and any miscellaneous items.
